Maintenance Cleaning

Our House cleaning includes the following, however, you may discuss your expectations with your cleaning technician(s).
  • Hand wiping all surfaces we can reach: baseboards, window frames, and sills, shelves, ceiling fans, light fixtures, the furniture found in a standard decor, front of cabinets, stair railing.
  • Dusting with an extension what we can’t reach ex: ceiling fans, cobwebs, etc.
  • Sanitizing countertops, backsplashes, cooktop/stove, the exterior of large appliances, interior and exterior of the microwave, trash cans, sinks and faucets, toilet, bathtubs, and showers.
  • Cleaning: French glass door (interior), backyard glass door, glass tables, glass shelves, mirrors.
  • Vacuuming and deodorizing carpet, cleaning all other types of flooring with special care to hardwood and laminate floor (clean and protect).
Our deep cleaning also includes the following at the discretion of our cleaning technicians and/or your requests*:
  • Descaling faucets and shower walls bathtubs and sinks.
  • Reviving wood and leather
  • Removing mold stains in showers and bathtubs
  • Dusting personal items not found in a standard decor
  • Minimal decluttering and cleaning dishes
  • Blinds hand cleaning
You can pay an extra for the following: inside cabinets, inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, windows ( glass), carpet shampooing, organization ( decluttering), laundry, blinds detailed clean, garage cleaning, patio, and outdoor kitchen cleaning, tiles scrubbing.

Absolutely!  We are only asking for you to leave trash bags and trash cans liners on your countertop.  We provide cleaning products and cleaning tools.

If you sign up for recurring service, we’ll assign a crew to your home. We try our best to always send at least one tech who know your house.  Our employees earn PTOs and are allowed to take days off when they need them.   Your cleaning tech will then communication with her sub to make sure your requests are met.

No!  You can cancel or reschedule any appointments by giving us at least 24h notice.

We can use your vacuum if it is efficient and clean.

After your appointment, you’ll receive an invoice via email, and you can pay online. You may also leave a check.

( we require a 30% deposit for any appointment priced at $300 and more)
